There is nothing special with this download. The files should work with every game expansion.
Just install and extract everything like ususal. Remove the files to uninstall.
What about recreating?
Feel free to recreate Linda's Skins and Meshes. Create some new outfits for her, make changes to the skins and meshes how ever you want!
You only must not...
...sell these files (or their recreations) on so-called paysites!
...release them without giving clear to see credits to x-sim.com or mxm-studios.com

Unpack the zip-file. Put all package-files into the downloads directory of the game.
Install the file "Linda v2.Sims2Pack"
You will find Linda in Body Shop and the Family Creator.
